Whether stepping into the role of TC Panther, getting involved in student organizations, studying abroad or diving into in his real estate and finance majors, Dustin Toale always found a way to better himself while a student at UNI. This mentality has stuck with the 2016 alum and translated to opportunities post-graduation. Dustin joined Conlon/Christie’s International Real Estate in Chicago in June of 2016. As a real estate broker, he has the opportunity to help buyers, sellers and renters accomplish their housing needs.
“While focusing on residential real estate, I am lucky enough to see spectacular homes each and every day. However, what I love most about my role is building relationships with my clients to trust me with what is likely their largest asset, their home.”
The young alum credits UNI for instilling in him the desire to get involved, give back and help those in need.
“These three ideals have allowed me to excel when working with clients, co-workers and other industry professionals. Getting involved at UNI taught me that I can always do more and strive to new heights.”
Since graduation, Dustin has served on the Alumni Association Board of Directors, giving him the opportunity to get back to campus on a regular basis.
“Being able to keep a strong connection to UNI has also allowed me to connect with other alums in the Chicagoland area. Although I am no longer on campus every day, the ability to connect through social media, past professors and student organizations has made me feel as though I never left.”
